Pride Month is a time to honor love, identity, and equality. At Influencer we’re proud to stand with the LGBTQi+ community and celebrate the vibrant voices that shape our world. This June, we're coming together through a series of events that spotlight LGBTQi+ creators, educate and inspire, and foster allyship in our workplace and beyond.

LGBTQi+ Creator Panel
We're kicking off Pride Month with an inspiring panel featuring LGBTQi+ creators across various industries. Hear their stories, learn about their creative journeys, and engage in open dialogue about representation, resilience, and the importance of visibility.

Supporting Local, With Love
We’re treating our team to delicious snacks from a local LGBTQi+ owned bakery. It's our way of supporting queer-owned businesses that make our neighborhoods more inclusive.

Office Decor
Our office is getting a colorful makeover! We're decorating together to create a space that celebrates Pride and reflects our commitment to inclusivity and belonging.

Growing Our Knowledge and Awareness

Along this journey we are also keen to not only celebrate Pride and the LGBTQ+ community, but to also invest in the long term development of the knowledge and awareness of our employees. To that end we are providing training opportunities and learning material for our teams, created by our own colleagues.

Lunch and Learn: How to be an ally
We are dedicating one lunch hour to learn all about allyship. These guided conversations will offer tools, stories, and strategies to help us support the LGBTQi+ community with intention, empathy, and everyday action.

Pride Reads
We’re sharing a curated collection of LGBTQ+ books and stories by LGBTQi authors. Whether you're diving into a new perspective or finding your own voice reflected in the pages, these reads are here to inform, inspire, and connect us.

Our Long Term Commitment

As part of our long term commitment to the LGBTQ+ community we have also committed a monthly donation to Mind Out, a mental health charity focusing on supporting the LGBTQ+ community.
